"I've bought four of these at this point - one for my older kid, 2 for my nephews, and one for a friend's kid (pictured is my nephew within half an hour of receiving his). They're perfect for trips outside of the house when you want something other than a screen to occupy an antsy child for an extended period, and with minimal parental intervention. Unlike with portable board or card games, the inevitable loss of a component here and there isn't a big problem, and the design really minimizes this in any case; the size is also perfect for shoving into any reasonably sized bag."

"We purchased this set specifically for long car trips and trips. It is an extremely practical and handy set that will keep a child busy for quite a while. However, you should be prepared that while driving — regardless of everything — one or the other part will necessarily land on the ground. In restaurants, it turns out to be incredibly useful: as soon as the child is done eating and starts to get bored, it serves as an excellent alternative to electronic devices. The case itself is made of soft fabric, but the integrated plate is very sturdy; the parts stick perfectly to it and do not fall off. Putting everything back in the case is very quick and easy. The set contains a large number of small pieces, which is why the recommended age from 3 years is absolutely justified. However, every parent should assess for themselves what is best for their own child — for some, this building kit is suitable at the age of 3, while for others it may be more advisable to wait a bit longer. We absolutely loved this set. It is a real savior for parents."

Is the Brick Hero compatible with all brick brands?
Yes, Brick Hero works with all major building brick types and compatible blocks. The integrated baseplate works with both standard building bricks (for ages 3 and up) as well as larger toddler bricks.
What are the dimensions of the Brick Hero?
The Brick Hero case measures approximately 22 x 18 x 6cm. The empty case (with attached baseplate and interior mesh pouch) weighs approximately 112g. The full Starter Set including the case, 200 bricks and 3 animal figures weighs approximately 350g.
Is it really spill-proof?
There are no guarantees when it comes to life with kids, but Brick Hero comes close! The case is designed to reduce mess and lost pieces during travel. Because all the pieces stay securely attached to the baseplate while building and the see-through mesh pouch has a central zipper just wide enough for a hand to fit inside, very few pieces will end up on the train floor or lost in the hotel bedsheets. And the all-around zipper ensures every piece stays securely in the case while in transit.
How do I clean the Brick Hero?
Simply wipe it down the case and baseplate with a damp cloth and allow to air-dry. We recommend washing the plastic bricks by hand in a mesh bag or container with warm water and a little dish soap. Shake excess water out of the bricks and allow to air-dry.
